THE 7-DAY SACRED FREEDOM EXPERIENCE

You don’t have to wait for your life to change to experience something different within you.

You don’t have to have all the answers. You don’t need to know exactly what comes next.

AN INVITATION TO EXPERIENCE

What if you didn’t have to figure everything out first?

Everything outside of you doesn’t need to be resolved before you can experience more peace, connection, freedom and goodness within you.

You can spend so much of your life believing that peace will come when you finally have the anwer. When the relationship changes. When the decision becomes clear. When you know what comes next. When something in your external circumstances finally falls into place.

Sacred Freedom begins somwhere else.

For seven days, you are invited to step away from the noise and the constant searching. To become present to what is already here. To reconnect with yourself, with the Divine, and the deeper knowing beneathe all the other voices.

Not so you can figure out your entire life.

But so you can open yourself to what becomes possible when you stop waiting for everything outside of you to change before allowing yourself to experience stillness, peace, and ease with in.

THIS IS AN EXPERIENCE

You don’t need more information. You need space to feel into what you already know is true for you.

Sacred Freedom is experiential before it is instructional.

Each day begins with a short video teaching, but the teaching is only the doorway. The heart of these seven days is the Sacred Practice— a simple invitation to become present, notice, feel, listen, receive and experience for yourself.

There is nothing to master. Nothing to perform correctly. And no spiritual transformation you are “supposed” to have.

You are simply creating the conditions to become more aware of what may have been there all along— your own presence, your connection with the Divine, the goodness already around you, the movement of your desires, and the deeper knowing within you.

The teaching prepares you for the experience. The experience is the heart of the work.
