MEET ELIZABETH

THE DECENT:I’m Elizabeth Marth — curator of transformational experiences, mentor of the dark feminine. Through Sacred Freedom, my writing,  and my podcast The Illicit Feminine, I walk with women at the Sacred Threshold — the moment when everything familiar begins to unravel, and the fire of the feminine soul begins to rise.

Whether she’s leaving a known life or standing in the ache of uncertainty, I hold space for the tension of the in-between — the sacred pause between no longer and not yet. My work is about witnessing the unraveling that must occur so a woman can return to herself, awaken her creative power, and rise into her next becoming.

Because when a woman devotes herself to her own heart, her own truth, her own soul…
She becomes unstoppable in her desire, her connection, and her creation.

This has been my own life’s path. It is my Soul’s purpose.

From the beginning, my life was marked by intensity. I was conceived through a love affair and born into an environment of chaos, dysfunction, and emotional enmeshment. Stability came briefly through my grandmother and aunt, and then was taken again when I was moved from California to Illinois five years old. From early childhood, I learned the language of volatile relationships, blurred boundaries, and the cost of connection.

My relationship with my mother was deeply enmeshed. I did not experience myself as a separate being, but as an extension of her emotional world. I grew up surrounded by mental illness, addiction, rage, and lived trauma. These were not abstract experiences. They shaped my nervous system, my relationships, and my sense of self.

And they became my greatest teachers.

For many years, I survived by abandoning myself. I learned to dissociate, to perform stability, to carry pain quietly. Depression and anxiety lived beneath the surface of what appeared functional. I knew how to endure. I did not yet know how to inhabit myself.

Until I could no longer pretend.

What changed my life was not simply therapy, but the introduction of Shadow Work and the understanding of the psyche as a living system of parts: light and dark, known and disowned. This was the beginning of a twelve-year descent into spiritual, emotional, and embodied truth. A descent that did not soften me. It anchored me.

In 2020, my mother’s death shattered the last illusions I had been holding. I entered another initiation—one that could not be postponed, bypassed, or intellectualized. What emerged from that descent was not a woman seeking guidance, but a woman who had reclaimed her own authority.

That was the birth of Sacred Freedom.

THE WORK

My work lives at the intersection where truth confronts trauma.
Where shadow is no longer exiled.
Where eros, pleasure and desire is restored as guidance.
Where a woman becomes her own source of authority.

Drawing from Jungian psychology, shadow integration, dark feminine embodiment, spiritual inquiry, and my own lived transformation, I guide women through initiations of identity shedding,  relational truth, and embodied feminine sovereignty.  Women learn the extent of their power when they lead from their inner knowing rather than their inherited wounds.

I have created signature frameworks that map both the personal and relational descent, because they are never separate:

The Sovereign Descent™

  • Sovereign Manifestation™

  • Healing the Ancestral Feminine

  • The Sacred Question (relational clarity)

  • The Sacred Release (conscious uncoupling journey)

  • Sacred Love (calling in sovereign partnership)

Each of these paths supports women in navigating the terrain most traditional coaching avoids:

  • unconscious loyalty

  • maternal enmeshment

  • suppressed erotic truth

  • spiritual outsourcing

  • and the fear of choosing oneself

I teach women to anchor into self-trust, reclaim erotic sovereignty, and live from inner knowing rather than inherited wounds.

My work is mythic and embodied.
Sensual and grounded.
And deeply unapologetic in its devotion to personal authority.

And one thing matters above all:

I am not here to be your authority.
I am here to guide you back to becoming your own.
