In our coaching sessions together, we will integrate and synthesize the learning you are experiencing, optimizing your opportunity to experience profound breakthroughs and evolution during this season of transformation and development in your life. Coaching is NOT psychotherapy, and I am not a licensed psychotherapist. While we will certainly deal with your break-up trauma in our work together, if you are experiencing severe emotional distress- such as serious depression, overbearing anxiety, or acute trauma symptoms- I encourage you to also pursue more traditional treatment routes in addition to our work together, such as psychotherapy and/or medical treatment. If you are already in treatment for a psychological issue, I ask that you inform your therapist that you are participating in private coaching sessions with Sacred Freedom, as it could dramatically alter your current outlook on life.
One of the benefits of your private coaching package is unlimited Voxer access, which enables 24/7 two-way voice messaging between us. Voxer can be downloaded for free from your respective app store. You may also call, text, or email me in between sessions. I will do my best to return your call within 24 hours. I honor your right to confidentiality. This means that with certain exceptions, your identity and the contents of our sessions are private. The exceptions are usually extreme, such as being a danger to yourself or others, being seriously disabled, or instances involving child or elder abuse.
