My name is Elizabeth Marth Tarara and I am a professionally certified Conscious Uncoupling, Calling in the One, & Transformational Growth Coach, focusing on a highly-specialized dynamic I like to refer to as MID-LIFE AWAKENINGS.

As a wife, mother, daughter, and business owner, I've wrestled with the struggles, doubt, resentment, grief, frustration, and confusion that (at times) feel ever-present for Women in this season.

My own path (maybe like some of you) had all the makings of a "crisis" waiting to happen until something extraordinary (and miraculous!) began to happen that transformed my entire state of being into that of an AWAKENING.

As I dug in, I encountered SO many Women who deeply connect with this pivotal dynamic that exists within such a highly influential season of life.

Scores upon scores of Women spending years…sometimes decades on "autopilot.” They wake each morning to find themselves already depleted as they spend their day simply going through the motions, disconnected from the pure essence of self, until one day they arrive at an inevitable crossroads asking,

"Is this IT? Is this my life? Have I blown my chances for happiness, joy, love, or chasing down my dreams? Is fundamental change even possible? Where would I even begin?"
