Welcome! I’m Elizabeth, your guide through the sacred and the shadowed. And here at Sacred Freedom, we’re in the business of liberation.
My approach is not about fixing you—because you are not broken.
It’s about peeling back the layers of societal conditioning to reveal the potent, passionate, and powerful individual you truly are.
There are many different paths to wherever you’re ready to go, but all paths share the same point of origin: a descent into darkness to let your “shadow” inform your journey (it is, after all, one of the wisest parts of you!).
Whether it’s releasing a relationship, attracting what matters, or becoming “self” centered, we’ll work together to craft an approach that feels equal parts aligned, challenging, and yes…maybe a little bit scary. But that’s where lasting change resides (which is what you’re after, yes?).
